Therapy Intensives

Meaningful change in less time; individualized to your unique needs.

You are ready for something more. Maybe you have been doing the work for a while and still feel stuck. Maybe you want to begin and want to start with real momentum. Maybe there is something specific you are ready to face, and you want the time and space to actually move through it. A therapy intensive offers exactly that.

Orange Flower Cluster

What Can Intensives Offer

  • Real, felt movement on something that has felt stuck for a long time

  • Concentrated, uninterrupted time to go deep without life getting in the way

  • Progress that might take months of ongoing therapy accomplished in days

  • No starting over each time; you build on what emerged in the previous session without interruption

  • A deeply personalized experience built entirely around you, your goals, and your pace

  • Space that honors and respects all parts of you, including the ones that need more time

Who This Is For

  • You are ready for change and want to feel real movement rather than slow, incremental progress

  • You feel stuck in ongoing therapy or sense there is more to move through

  • You have a specific concern, pattern, or experience you want to focus on with sustained attention

  • You have some experience with IFS or EMDR and want to go deeper

  • Your schedule makes ongoing sessions difficult to maintain

A Note on Fit

This is not the right fit for those currently in crisis, those requiring urgent mental health support, or those needing intensive outpatient services or a higher level of care. Some ability to manage difficult emotions is needed to proceed; this is something we assess together in the consultation call, and some preparation can be built into the intensive itself if needed.

How It Works

Step 1:
FREE CONSULTATION CALL

We talk about your goals, assess fit together, and answer any questions you have.

Step 2:
ORIENTATION SESSION

We collaborate on the focus of the intensive and make sure you feel prepared and ready for the work ahead.

Step 3:
INTENSIVE SESSIONS

Two concentrated sessions of 3 to 4 hours each, using IFS-informed EMDR at a pace that feels safe and respectful of where you are.

Step 4:
INTEGRATION SESSION

30 to 90 minutes to process what emerged, support integration, and plan meaningful next steps.

A Typical Structure and Investment

  • Free consultation call

  • Orientation session

  • Two concentrated intensive sessions (3 to 4 hours each, with breaks)

  • Post-intensive integration session (30 to 90 minutes)

Example Investment

This is one example of a typical structure and investment.
