Therapy for Anxiety, Stress, and Overwhelm
Quiet the noise, stop overthinking, and begin to trust yourself again
You know the feeling well; your mind is already three steps ahead, replaying a conversation, rehearsing the next one, or bracing for something to go wrong. A lot of it may show up in your relationships; what someone meant, how an interaction landed, whether you said the right thing. You may find yourself fearing the worst even when things are fine, or feeling on edge in ways that are hard to explain. It is exhausting, and it can make it hard to feel comfortable or that your needs are met, either internally or within your relationships.

You May Recognize Some of These Experiences
-
Racing thoughts or an inability to stop overthinking
-
Replaying interactions or worrying about what others think
-
Worry that something bad will happen to family members or loved ones
-
Bracing for the worst even when things seem okay
-
Feeling restless, on edge, or unable to fully relax
-
Difficulty trusting yourself or your decisions
-
Physical tension, a racing heart, or difficulty breathing
How I Can Help
We work together to understand not just the symptoms of your anxiety but what is underneath them. Often there are parts of you that have been working very hard to keep you safe; through vigilance, worry, or anticipating what could go wrong. When you begin to understand and accept those parts rather than fight them, something shifts. The anxiety begins to lose its grip.
Along with that deeper work, I offer practical tools to help you manage anxiety in daily life; ways to calm your nervous system, quiet the overthinking, and respond to difficult moments rather than react to them. The goal is not just relief in session, but something you can carry with you.
