Therapy for Life Transitions and Decision-Making

There are moments in life when you find yourself at the beginning of a new path, unsure which way to go. Something has shifted or been lost; a role, a relationship, a version of yourself you thought you knew. What you always believed you would do or who you always thought you would be may no longer feel certain, whether by choice or not. That loss is real, and so is the uncertainty of what comes next.

This is also an important time. How you move through this transition matters. The goal is not just to get through it but to move toward the next chapter in a way that feels genuinely meaningful; grounded in who you are and what you truly need, not in who others expect you to be.

You May Recognize Some of These Experiences

  • Something significant has changed and you are not sure who you are on the other side of it

  • Grief for what was; a life, a role, or a version of yourself that is no longer there

  • Fear of making the wrong choice or moving in the wrong direction

  • Difficulty trusting your own instincts or knowing what you truly want

  • Feeling pressure from others about what your life should look like

  • A sense that what once felt true or familiar no longer fits

  • Disconnection from your own needs, values, or sense of purpose

Life transitions I commonly work with include students and young adults navigating early adulthood and identity; new mothers navigating identity and change; women in their 40s and beyond redefining who they are and what they want; and anyone facing a significant crossroads in work, relationships, or life direction.

How I Can Help

I offer a space where you can connect with your inner wisdom, insight, and self-trust. I bring depth, experience, and attunement to support your process; supporting you in ways that allow you to find the answers that are truly yours.

Many clients tell me that what helped most was being able to finally hear themselves clearly, and that feeling supported without being told what to do made all the difference. That balance is something I take seriously.

If it feels right to you, we may also use IFS-informed work to help you understand yourself on a deeper level; getting to know the different parts of yourself that may be in conflict, uncertain, or longing for something different.

Clarity and a sense of direction are possible, even when everything feels uncertain. This time, as difficult as it is, can become one of the most meaningful turning points of your life.

I frequently work with mothers, therapists, educators, healers, highly sensitive women and empaths, as well as people experiencing systemic oppression or marginalization.
