Intentional Journeys Counseling and Consulting, LLC

You might be here because...
Life changes, loss, or past experiences may be leaving you uncertain of who you are and what comes next. Somewhere along the way, you may have lost connection with what truly matters: your voice, your needs, and your inner wisdom.

You might recognize yourself in some of these experiences:
-
Limiting beliefs that keep you small: Questioning your needs, minimizing your feelings, or feeling responsible for everyone else

-
Life transitions & identity shifts: Changes in work, family, roles, or direction that leave you wondering how to move forward

-
Grief, loss, & disenfranchised grief: Loss that is deeply felt — including experiences that are minimized, misunderstood, or overlooked
-
Trauma & childhood trauma: Past experiences that continue to shape how you feel, relate, and move through the world

-
Anxiety, stress, & overwhelm: Overthinking, persistent worry, or difficulty slowing down, resting, or trusting yourself

What if you could feel...
-
Grounded, calm, and aligned with your values

-
Confident navigating change and uncertainty

-
Deeply connected in your relationships

-
Less burdened by anxiety, grief, or trauma

-
Able to speak your truth authentically or Able to express yourself with clarity and confidence
The work we do together can help you get there.
A place to be seen, heard, and understood
I have over 25 years of experience supporting women through anxiety, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I bring a calm, intuitive presence where you can be seen, heard, and understood.

In our work together, you can bring every part of yourself, including the anxious, uncertain, and unseen parts. Part of this work is quieting the noise long enough to hear your own voice again and bring what has always been true for you into the light.

You might benefit from this work if you’re ready to explore your patterns, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful change.

This might not be the best fit for you if you currently need frequent, urgent, or crisis-level support.

Many of my clients include:

Therapists, educators, or healers

Highly sensitive women or empaths who feel and think deeply; often attuned to others' feelings
